This beautiful bespoke East-West set ring features a 1.89ct Madagascan Cinnamon Sapphire surrounded by a very fine halo of diamonds.  This ring has a fine split band and the unique setting of a leaf sculptured claw holding the Sapphire in place. This is a bespoke design handcrafted by Matthew in 18ct Rose Gold.
