All MJS Jewellery orders will be tracked whilst in transit and will require a signature for delivery. Once your purchase has been dispatched, we will notify you via email or text with your tracking number and method of delivery.

Australian Orders (FREE Shipping)

In Store Pick Up: 

We welcome you to collect in person! Please select the "In store pick up" option at the checkout. You can collect your order from our Studio, located at Shop 5, James Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. You will then be notified via text or email when your item(s) are ready for collection.

Express Delivery: 

Orders are sent via Australia Post in an Express Post Satchel with tracking and Signature.
At our discretion, some orders will be sent via a courier of our choice. 

You will receive notification via email and/or text of the shipping method once your order is ready for dispatch.

Worldwide Orders (FREE Shipping)

Worldwide Orders (outside of Australia) will be shipped via International Express Post and can take from 2-4 business days (Metro Areas) from dispatch. Signature on delivery will also be required.

At our discretion, some orders will be sent via a courier of our choice (Fed Ex).

You will receive notification via email and/or text of the shipping method once your order is ready for dispatch.

Please note: All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes at the checkout. The prices shown do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that you may incur.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE:
MJS Jewellery will not be held responsible for an incorrectly entered address or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post or International Express Post or our Courier of choice. We are unable to change the delivery address of an order after items have been dispatched. MJS Jewellery will not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered, without the delivered items. Please provide MJS Jewellery with correct shipping/delivery information, we will attempt to contact you via email or text before dispatching goods to receive your confirmation on the address that has been provided to us.
